• In the screener, the survey asked questions in a way that is not leading.

• Conducted Usability Testing with people of different demographics by going off-campus to find participants.

• During usability testing received a lot of feedback by asking the follow-up questions based on the user's behavior.

• Synthesized and analyzed the data through Excel and SPSS Statistics.
